Traditional oil and vinegar style cole slaw with the addition of red and green peppers, and onion. It uses packaged shredded cabbage to make the preparation easy.

Servings
Makes 12 servings

Ingredients
DRESSING
½ cup (125 mL) cider vinegar
3 Tablespoons (45 mL) canola oil
12 packets Pure Via sweetener
1 teaspoon (5 mL) celery seed
½ teaspoon (2 mL) dry mustard
¼ teaspoon (1 mL) salt
1/8 teaspoon (0.5 mL) ground black pepper

COLE SLAW
1 bag (16 ounces [450g]) shredded cabbage
½ cup (125 mL) chopped green bell pepper
½ cup (125 mL) chopped onion
2 Tablespoons (30 mL) chopped red bell pepper

Directions
    For Dressing, whisk together all ingredients until well blended.

    For Cole Slaw, combine all ingredients. Gently toss cabbage mixture with Dressing until blended. Refrigerate, covered, at least 2 hours for flavors to blend.
