Blueberries and mango are paired with nonfat Greek yogurt and nonfat milk and blended into a tangy smoothie, sweetened with Pure Via. It’s great as part of a breakfast or as a snack.

Servings
Makes 4 servings

Ingredients
1-½ cups (375mL) fresh OR frozen thawed unsweetened blueberries
1-½ cups (375mL) peeled seeded cubed mango
1 cup (250mL) nonfat plain OR lite vanilla flavored Greek yogurt
½ cup (125mL) nonfat milk
6 packets Pure Via sweetener
½ cup (125mL) ice cubes

Directions
    Place all ingredients except ice cubes in blender; cover.
    Blend until all ingredients are combined. Add ice cubes and blend until smooth.
    Pour into 4 tall glasses and serve.

    VARIATION: Substitute the same amounts of frozen thawed sliced unsweetened peaches and frozen thawed unsweetened red raspberries for the blueberries and mango. Increase Pure Via to 8 packets. Prepare as recipe directs.
