No need to buy expensive tea mixes, when you can easily make this trendy beverage at home. You save calories and money, too!

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients
2 cups (500 mL) boiling water
4 bags black tea
1 cup (250 mL) 1% low fat milk
4 packets Pure Via sweetener
1 teaspoon (5 mL) ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon (1 mL) ground cardamom
¼ teaspoon (1 mL) ground nutmeg

Directions
    Pour boiling water over tea bags into a 2-cup (500 mL) glass measure. Let steep 5 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags.

    Heat milk in a 4-cup (1 L) glass measure in microwave on HIGH 1 minute. Stir in Pure Via sweetener and spices. Whisk until frothy and well blended. Stir in hot tea.

    Divide tea mixture evenly between 2 large mugs and serve.
