You can enjoy this easy to make smoothie anytime of the year. It uses frozen raspberries which add great flavor and give it the milk shake consistency you’ll love!

Makes 1 serving

3/4 cup (175 mL) 2% milk
1/2 cup (125 mL) frozen unsweetened raspberries
1 container (5.3 ounces [151 g]) lite nonfat vanilla flavored Greek yogurt
3 packets Pure Via sweetener
2 teaspoons (10 mL) lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon (0.5 mL) almond extract

    Combine all ingredients in blender container; cover. Process until thick and smooth.
