Give traditional lemonade a new flavor by adding blackberry puree sweetened with Pure Via. Dark blue lemonade will become the new “yellow”.

Ingredients
1- ½ cups (375 mL) fresh or frozen unsweetened blackberries, thawed
3 packets Pure Via sweetener
1/3 (75 mL) cup water
7 cups (1.75 L) fresh lemonade
Directions
Place blackberries, Pure Via sweetener and water in blender container; cover. Puree until mixture is smooth. Strain puree to remove seeds and excess pulp.
For each glass of lemonade, combine 1 cup (250 mL) lemonade with ¼ cup (50 mL) blackberry puree. Serve over ice.
TIP: Blackberry Puree can also be stirred into yogurt or added to a smoothie.
